WSES Fellowship in emergency surgery and trauma 2025

The WSES fellowship consists of a 6 or 12-month attendance as a staff member to one of the accredited centers, being active part of the surgical team under the supervision of the Mentor.

Scientific Activity
 
  • The fellow will be asked to develop a research project under the supervision of the Mentor, leading to a manuscript to be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal.
  • The fellow will be asked to participate to one congress of the World Society of Emergency Surgery.
Why should I apply?
The fellowship is targeted to attending surgeons, with at least a 5-year experience in the emergency and trauma surgery field, willing to deepen their knowledge and clinical experience.
